The Website is owned and operated by Terry International Coaching (“Terry International Coaching”). The Website is offered subject to your acceptance without modification of all of the terms and conditions contained herein and all other operating rules, policies (including, without limitation, Terry International Coaching’s Privacy Policy) and procedures that may be published from time to time on this Site by Terry International Coaching (collectively, the “Agreement”).

Please read this Agreement carefully before accessing or using the Website. By accessing or using any part of the website, you agree to become bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this Agreement, then you may not access the Website or use any services. If these terms and conditions are considered an offer by Terry International Coaching, acceptance is expressly limited to these terms. The Website is available only to individuals who are at least 13 years old.

1. Payment and Renewal

General Terms. By selecting a product or service, you agree to pay Terry International Coaching the one-time and/or monthly, quarterly, or annual subscription fees indicated (additional payment terms may be included in other communications). Subscription payments will be charged on a pre-pay basis on the day you sign up for an Upgrade and will cover the use of that service for a monthly, quarterly, or annual subscription period as indicated. There are no refunds for money already collected. All sales are final. Any payments made 12 months prior (regardless of the purchase terms) are non-refundable. Occasionally, Terry International Coaching may offer discounts on programs. If you make a purchase and a discount is offered after your purchase, you are not entitled to a refund of the difference.

Logging Into Your Account: If you cannot locate your login information, you can always go to https://empowerednurseleaders.com/account to log in. You can click the “forgot password” link to reset your password. If you still cannot access your account, please send us an email at [email protected]. Not receiving a purchase confirmation email or login instructions is not grounds for a refund.

Automatic Renewal (For Monthly Subscriptions Only): Unless you notify Terry International Coaching before the end of the applicable subscription period that you want to cancel, your subscription will automatically renew and you authorize us to collect the then-applicable subscription fee (as well as any taxes) using any payment method we have on record for you. Terry International Coaching is not obligated to refund any charges that occurred before your cancellation request. Upgrades can be canceled at any time by submitting your request in writing.

Money Back Guarantee: A money-back guarantee is occasionally offered by Terry International Coaching. In order to qualify, you must:
a) make the request within 2 weeks from your purchase;
b) attend at least 2 weekly group meetings each week during the guarantee period;
c) log into the account and complete the program assignments during the guarantee period; and
d) complete orientation meetings and/or videos prior to the end of the guarantee period.

If you have not completed these conditions, you will not be eligible for a money-back guarantee.

2. Responsibility of Website Visitors

Terry International Coaching has not reviewed, and cannot review, all of the material, including computer software, posted to the Website and cannot be responsible for that material’s content, use, or effects. By operating the Website, Terry International Coaching does not represent or imply that it endorses the material posted or that it believes such material to be accurate, useful, or non-harmful. You are responsible for taking precautions as necessary to protect yourself and your computer systems. The Website may contain content that is offensive, inaccurate, or otherwise objectionable, and Terry International Coaching disclaims responsibility for any harm resulting from the use of such content.

3. GDPR Compliance

You agree and accept that Terry International Coaching will be using your personal data to deliver the product or service you are purchasing and to communicate relevant information about its delivery. In accepting this agreement, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.

4. Content Posted on Other Websites

We have not reviewed, and cannot review, all material made available through websites linked to or from https://empowerednurseleaders.com/. Terry International Coaching does not control those websites and is not responsible for their content or use.

5. Copyright Infringement and DMCA Policy

If you believe that material on or linked to by https://empowerednurseleaders.com/ violates your copyright, notify us in accordance with the DMCA Policy. Terry International Coaching will respond appropriately, including removal of infringing material where necessary.

Use of Likeness (Conditional): Terry International Coaching may record, photograph, or otherwise capture your likeness, voice, images, interviews, and statements in connection with your participation in a program only if necessary and with your consent for advertising, marketing, training, or other lawful purposes.

Arbitration Agreement: Any disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in the state of Texas, in accordance with JAMS rules.
